James has led national, international and global security, risk and resilience operations, programmes and specialised remits for some of the most complex and fast-moving organisations, representing some of the biggest and most well-known brands across various sectors, including public, private, corporate, retail, tech, and hospitality. James's broad and diverse multifaceted background, allows him to confidently apply multi-sector experience, with analytical, risk assessment and operational acumen to identify and address business risk and resiliency gaps, as well as productivity and efficiency challenges, ensuring only the highest standards of excellence when leading the execution, delivery and ongoing development of JMS solutions and services. James holds an MBA in Risk and Resilience, as well as the gold standard Certified Protection Professional (CPP) accreditation from the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS). James is also an industry approved and registered Security Consultant with full membership to the prestigious Association of Security Consultants (ASC).
