I am dedicated to drawing up tailored security plans that meet client needs and requirements. My strong organisational skills enable me to co-ordinate security operations from small to large scale events and operations. I have the ability to manage large and small scale teams including mentoring, motivating and encouraging training. Having worked from the ground up I have always been able to get the most out of my teams as I am able to relate to their working situation.

I understand that working with Law Enforcement is imperative and I have always reached out immediately to local and specialist teams / units in the area for sharing of intelligence, crime trends and creating a collaborative working relationship - doing my best to inner the security operation with / alongside that of the Policing Operation.

Throughout my career I have consistently ensured compliance with standard regulations & procedures in addition to company policies. Focusing on strong teamwork and team building I take full responsibility for providing up to date training and development for all security staff & sub-contractors with an excellent ability to produce internal audit regimes, site mobilisation especially regarding site starter packs for documents, policies and bespoke accredited training courses which I have written.

I have specialised my studies in Counter-Terrorism and Critical Stress Thinking and incorporate my learnings into my work and team to ensure we are as ahead of the curve on practice as possible.

In addition, I am skilled at providing innovative solutions to significantly improve systems and efficiency, supporting the smooth running of operations in line with various national and international standards (including but not limited to BS7499; BS7960; ISO27001; BS16000; ISO31000; BS7984; BS8507-1 & BS10800).
