Charles is a Chartered Security Professional with over 30 years’ experience in protective security risk management and public safety across diverse industries, including law enforcement, defence, pharmaceuticals, construction, and manufacturing sectors. Practiced in counter terrorism, crisis management, and protecting assets of strategic national importance, Charles holds a proven ability to assess and mitigate complex threats.

A former Tactical Firearms Commander, Authorised Firearms Officer, Public Order Tactical Trainer, Tactical Advisor and Protest Removal Trainer, with hands-on experience managing both planned and spontaneous incidents with significant threats to life and critical national infrastructure.

Charles has successfully directed and delivered multiple security strategies, operations and the crisis management arrangements for large organisations and high-profile sporting events. He holds an impressive track record in strategic security planning, threat identification, risk mitigation and delivering security operations with precision and effectiveness. He is committed to maintaining and delivering the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service, ensuring a safe environment that prioritises client experience and satisfaction.
