I am a Security and Risk Management consultant with particular focus on security, governance, data protection/information security and regulatory compliance. I established the LinkedIn Group "Aviation Security Management (SeMS)" and with Andy Blackwell formed 3DAssurance, a Security, Threat and Risk Management consultancy.

I combine a strategic vision with its practical delivery to drive business change, while training / mentoring multi-disciplined teams to embed fresh working practices and behaviours which drive performance improvements.  As Security Programme Manager with CAA I developed strategies for security regulation and established a Security Management System (SeMS) as a proven approach to Aviation security. 

With a track record of  innovating practical solutions to strategic and operational challenges I remove obstacles to change and achieve strategic goals. Additionally, I pioneer functions, processes and systems to enable new ways of working which strengthen operational efficiencies
